Ok just from a 5 second glance at the warrior runes:
Increase Threat from Thunderclap Rune by 100%
Make the Devastate Rune make Sunder Armor also generate more threat.

I didn’t say he was wrong, I said in these early dungeons it’s not a big deal, and by the time it becomes a big deal tanks will have the tools for it to no longer be an issue

So you don’t have Warbringer yet, which I guess makes sense if you’re 17 (it took me quite a while to farm the mats for Warbringer! it was a full day, and quite an adventure). Ok, I guess you’re probably tagging mobs with Rend to make sure you’re getting that Rage generation from the Blood Frenzy rune.

What’s your opener like? You don’t have any points in Tactical Mastery (or imp charge for that matter), so if you charge in for rage in Battle Stance, you’re dumping it with something… but that’s probably not TC, since you won’t have enough initial rage from that charge…
When are you using Bloodrage? And obviously if you’re not getting initial threat, you could be having issues generating enough rage to use any specials…
This would help, but it would also require you to have rage to begin with.

Yeah all warriors must be bad then cause none can hold agro in my groups.
I can go in with a full rage bar and still have mobs peeled off me. Chaos Bolt and Star Surge hit so damn hard that I can run in Rend, Sunder and Thunder Clap and they pull it right off me.
