Yes, there are curios that primarily benefit tanks and healers, although all the curios can work for all roles really.
Mana-Tinted Glasses is primarily a healer curio since if you’re tanking or DPSing, you’re likely not focused on Brann to dispel him so he can get the benefit of the curio, it technically can also be used if Brann drops below 30% health, but that should only happen if you don’t have aggro, which means you’re healing and he’s tanking.
Battered Aegis is primarily a tanking curio, since it heals you for the amount of damage you’ve taken and gives damage reduction and increased healing if another player dies.
Personally I run Hatarang with Battered Aegis on my Delve characters, because the heal from Battered Aegis is too good to pass up, and with Brann doing DPS, Hatarang is the clear choice there.
