Unless you kill stuff so fast it does not matter 
On T11 every god darn thing is a damage sponge.
They still die way too fast.
Elites have 60M HP, with effectively only 42M HP using DPS Brann.
At 1-2M DPS, which is what i put out on this character, that’s a 25s fight, which is really not bad at all.
Then you add up the extra 1M DPS from MechaDinos and poof, everything dies FAST.
