Have all 7 picked up, missing progress on 4. Randomly regained credit on one of them at some point?
My ticket was answered, but not fixed. Known issue and they are working on it is what was said. Kind of a copy paste response. Blahhh

I think it was a timing issue. Ones collected before a certain time (server rollback) were not credited. I collected chapter 1 & 3 then got kicked off. Came back online later to collect the rest and had credit for each of the subsequent ones, but missing the originals I collected. So anyone that started collecting after the rollback will get credit for all of them and complete the achievement.
Bump. If anyone puts in a ticket about this, you will get a copy paste response about them working on it. I suspect we won’t see a fix until tuesday’s server reset. I am missing credit for 6 and 7 having all in my bags, same with the wife.
If you go into the support window in game, the top trending article is about this. It says the developers fixed the problem and to try it again. Try what again? It’s not like it’s a quest that you can abandon and do over. I figured I’d delete the two offending pages and go back to get them. Never showed up for me. Others came by and got them, but I couldn’t. So I had them restore the pages and I guess I’ll wait and see what happens after the Tuesday reset.
Same issue. First one I collected is greyed out. Sold it but it’s not respawning…
Faq claims issue has been fixed but…there’s no way to re loot the items.
Yes, as the ticketing system goes to the GM staff, and they do not fix bugs. That is the devs and they get the information they need from bug reports using this forum or the in-game bug report tool. Unless the GM staff is given the go ahead to resolve an issue like this by the devs, they cannot do anything. The devs would need to fix it first before they gave the GMs the ability to resolve a ticket about it.
Update. I finally got the achievement. A day later and after several log outs/log ins/character changes/etc., I logged in late yesterday afternoon and the achievement completed.
