Did you bind ctrl v to anything else? Wait no that shouldn’t matter since ctrl v is already show all nameplates.

Make sure you can copy paste in notepad.
DId you make sure to put a name for your talents build, or check the box so it copies to your current build? Oh wait, you said the text itself won’t come up unless you type the whole thing…
