Housing is coming with 11.2.7, if you pre-order that is. Otherwise we can start collecting furniture regardless of preorder status with 11.2.7, and full features like Neighbourhood Endeavours and progression will launch with 12.0 or shortly after.
If housing launches successfully in 11.2.7 I think we’ll see a large uptick in pre-orders, even just the basic one as all preorder levels coming with housing EA in 11.2.7.
