Well, that’s what I’m saying, it’s up to the raid lead/group to decide whether or not they should carry that individual to help them get the gear they need to improve. The raid leader should have that info before extending an invite.
I mentioned that specifically, because people said how else are they going to get the gear. At 210, they would probably need to pug LFR for a bit, do Korthia, low keys, etc, if they don’t have a group willing to carry them.
