If i have this correct, we need to do 5/7 weeks of this, doing 5 dungeons a week.
Do they have to be on the same character?
I think i missed something, why cant you do a 5th?

Pretty sure it’s a Warbound thing.
Something to do with the limited time? Sadly I discovered this in achievements. I see I have a legacy (I think) or some kind of achievement not completed… its at 4/5 and rewards a Mount.
I see something about Turbulent Timeways. “Oh cool, this is live this week… let me knock this out”
Grind 5 boring TW Dungeons, get the Buff. No credit… look into Wowhead to what the deal is etc…
The “event” for this has ended?
Still can do this for the Buff for Alts… yeah, sure. Get right on that.
It is what it is. Just file it with all the other RNG and idiotic Achievements that will never be completed due to glitches and other… Just gets old.

Oh no, yeah i worry a lot about these things. They give worse than bad information out, and we all have to guess how to get the mount.
