Uhh the pug I ran on tuesday I stasised TA all the tine and every time I used stasis it applied echo to 6 targets.
Make sure you are actually hitting people.
Currently TA is bugged and prioritizing pets over players. That might have been happening to you. Putting echoes on pets in your LFR.
