On the T11 vendor, you cannot exchange the T11 heroic tokens for the item. You can only get the 372 item if you have the token AND the 359 item.
I noticed this also. Can’t turn in my 372 helm token without first getting normal token. Not how it worked before phase 3 started.

I also unfortunately discovered this last night, got an essence from heroic throne and was so excited to get a nice helm upg and then BAM disappointment… hope blizz fixes soon.

imagine them saying they did a hotfix and its still broken 2 days later

It sounds like they didn’t respawn correctly in some realms. We’ve had them respawn again; can you all recheck please?
