No one starts at tier 11. And you still need to level Brann.
We’ll find out what each spec is capable of when we get there.
I know I can’t start at 11, but my Brann is lvl 80. He was underleveled for most of S2, so I don’t think level will be an issue.
He’ll have another 20 levels added to him. So we’ll have to see how things go for each class/spec. Because they’re all different in there.
Wonder if they’ll make them even easier cuz they were already too easy for max difficulty lol
My Brann was doing T11 delves this season at about lvl 55.

That’s why I said it’s entirely class/spec dependent. And they’re all changing in S3. I believe Ret is getting nerfed.
There is currently a PTR… you can always copy your character there and see how things work out.
Divine Hammer is being virtually deleted. They’re going to have to buff Ret to compensate.
I don’t remember seeing any buffs. Thus, my point.
We’ll get buffed when we go into S3 grossly underperforming.
We shall see. But someone above was correct: see.if Delves are available on PTR and copy over. You should get a good idea for each of the specs you play.
Unless they bork something up, that should be more than adequate considering 684 is above what can be gained through delves only in S2.

It’s enough to destroy them with healing Brann, if the balance remains the same.
You can faceroll S2 T11 Delves in sub 610 gear.
684 is capped veteran in S3.
I would be shocked directly into a coma if you couldn’t do S3T11 comfortably with an ilvl as low as 650 or so.

I would be too - take whatever gear it took you to complete a T11 in S2, and add 45 ilevels for the seasonal jump, and you should be in the ballpark.
I was doing T11s on day 1 of this season at 630ish so probably.
