LOL
His Ion impression is 100% spot on.
Pretty much this.
Their videos are also boring and excessively long for the information they’re conveying in them usually.
If telling you “you’re wrong” = me being upset, then sure.
Free BlizzCon tickets, free statues of their characters, free Blizzard/WoW merchandise to give away on their channel (that I’ve not seen done for any of the other WoW channels that I watch), free beta keys to give to their viewers (that I have seen given to some of the other channels that I watch), free Dreadwake mount…
I stopped watching them so can’t mention more things that they’ve been paid with by Blizzard. I do think that they’re funny, but the misinformation and spouting the erroneous things that the devs have said sometimes - like regarding flying in WoD, the sub numbers, and the change to higher level players not being able to help low level players which was NOT a bug - plus the wowhead ads, turned me off.
I’m glad they didn’t jump on the hate train. They’re critical when they need to be but they still clearly enjoy the game.
Why should people who still enjoy the game be forced to hate on the game just to appease some angry people on the internet? That’s not shilling they just don’t hate the game as much as some of ya’ll.
I don’t always agree with what they like about the game, but those Q&A takeoffs are hilarious, mostly because the actual Q&A sessions are so bad they easy comedy inspiration.
