When I’m trying to quote another player, a lot of times it’ll automatically edit my post and remove the entire quote from the player I’m replying/quoting. Not sure if this is intended or a bug, seems more like a bug to me to disable quoting randomly.

Are you doing both:
- Using the direct reply button in the specific post you are replying to, and
- quoting the entire post?
If so, there’s a new behind-the-scenes function that considers those two as redundant (on certain forums in seems), thus it auto deletes the quote. Instead, the reply indicator in the upper right of the reply can be used to call up the entire post that was responded to.
However, if you quote portions/snippets, it should leave them in place.
Having said that, it seems to be inconsistent. There maybe hidden conditions that we don’t know about, or it’s buggy.
