The Symphonic Vault treasure in Zereth Mortis appears to be bugged. Apart from the sound sequence being obviously correct, I have verified the proper order to click them with numerous sources (i.e. forums, videos, etc.).
I clicked the four Broken Consoles in the correct order, but no chest was present after the golden lattice flashed. After waiting for the chest to appear inside the golden lattice again, I clicked the Broken Consoles in the proper order again several times, but no matter where I stand or where I click, Consoles 3 and 4 always knock me down and the sequence fails.
