It wasn’t from BFA onwards. Sylvanas has been like that from Cata onwards. And I feel nothing for her after she threatened to murder and raise Belves, forcing them to serve her in MoP.
Because you judge her character solely based on the nonsense of a story that Shadowlands was.

Honestly, I’ve found her less annoying as of late. At least she’s gone through some actual character growth!
I liked her up to Vol’jin’s funeral. Then everything after that didn’t make any sense to me.

I thought Sylvanas was cool when she wasn’t at the forefront of the WoW story, and only really had her Warcraft history as back story. She was notably absent in WoD, but as early as Cata and MoP I stopped really liking her as she became more and more obviously evil.
The new team in charge of story and lore truly jumped the shark with her, in my opinion.

Yes exactly. She WAS one of the best characters WoW ever created, but has been so badly butchered by terrible writing that now she’s the most annoying WoW character ever created and needs to be written out of the story so we can all just move on
