Making a bargain isn’t really evil.
The enemy of my enemy and all that.
Why is it that those most against Syl in the forums are fracking Tauren?

Inconsistency on Blizzards part by interjecting modern/western notions of right and wrong in a fantasy setting where modern morality does not actually fit that world.
Everyone except Sylvanas supporters is against Sylvanas.
Including Forsaken characters.
Cause she’s a failure.
Do you want me to post on my 120 undead warlock or 120 undead rogue and say the same thing? I can.
No what makes her Evil is she has no regard for life whatsoever. Whether it be Horde or Alliance. From what we’ve seen of her she’s nothing more than a psychotic undead wanting everyone to join her in death. She’s even worse than what she fought so hard against when she went against Arthas.
Except her reasons haven’t been made clear, so right now, it’s just your morals finding her actions bad.
You probably thought Strath was bad also didn’t you?
Probably believes she’s safe with whatever greater power she acquired now.
Sounds a lot like the other villains we get to kill.
With an Old God or their servants? Sure, keep telling yourself that.
Because the story is written for YOU to experience and get something off, not for a fantasy orc warchief or whatever.
The comic saying “All will serve in Death” and “All will serve me” makes her megalomania quite apparent.
Time will tell.
Some people will be right.
Some will be really pissed off.
I’ll bring popcorn.
That and…
Yeah, telling your own faction they are worthless and you were just using them is a good way to brand your self a villain.
You slydog you got me to monologue
Do the goblin starter zone. Go to Boralus and look around. Especially during invasion. There are tons of places in wow that slavery is acceptable. Not sure about one your talking about. I do know books have been know to trump or ignore in games stuff.
He was also found not guilty also.
Teldrassil is like the only military campaign Sylvanas had a primary role in that she hasn’t lost. Badly.
Hell, she attacked Gilneas while they were already fighting off a completely different invasion, had no external support, and got unexpectedly gutted even worse by the Cataclysm, still failed to take the place, and ultimately just blighted the whole thing out of spite (and failed to even catch many people in that too).
That brings me up to my last thoughts.
This is just what i think. After reading all post. Probably wrong but it has be one of these has to be right, for a lot of responses.
Probably wrong. Not everyone can be 100% right. the best one poster can hope for is about 60%. because of memory, bias and other factors.
Before this patch I don’t blame anyone for thinking Sylvanas was best for the strength or survival of the Horde. Don’t be condescending either, you will run into a psychopath eventually in your life, and one will eventually fool you, no matter how smart or well-prepared you are. Blizzard scarily got this really accurate.
When she said the Horde was nothing, you should have no obligation to stay loyal to her if you have the Horde’s best interests in heart.
Even Baine understands.
Knew there was nothing of value in this thread the moment people started claiming “there’s no such thing as evil.” Spot the folks who’ve never dealt with a man raping his kid because he was bored. Or a woman taking her very young son out in the woods and dropping an industrial zip tie around his neck. I could go on, but there are so many stories and they aren’t mine to tell.
Evil exists. Your safe, comfortable lifestyle will probably never bring you in contact with it. But it’s very alive and well, in the parts of the world you avoid, or try not to look at, or think about. “Evil doesn’t exist” is arrogant ivory-tower thinking.
To be honest, she has succeeded in her goal this expansion.
I don’t think she was ever good for the Horde.
The Forsaken have only ever been in the Horde because they were rejected for what they were by the Alliance.
I’ve always felt they should be their own faction and even the lore in the game suggests that’s what they’ve always been, an exclusive faction within a larger one.
Now that they’ve been… Forsaken, by Sylvanas, I suppose they’ll be grateful to the Horde. Actually, maybe they’ve already reached that point, if bannerbae gave that side look so instinctively and quickly.
Welllllllllll, I’m not sure what her yardstick for deciding he’s nothing is…but if it’s post quality then she’s not wrong.
