I had a great time as usual! Thanks for having me, everyone!
The debate teams did an awesome job, and I appreciate the time and effort they invested into making their respective points. Nazgo’rak felt like he learned quite a bit about the nature of Sylvanas Windrunner and Arthas Menethil, two figures that he knew very little about beforehand, from the speculations of the debate teams.
I look forward to the next one! And thanks to the SWU for hosting this event, and for everyone who came to support it!

Of course! And including this monthly event, there are a couple other neutral faction ones that SWU does every month!
I believe the next neutral event will be the colloquium, which is a lecture series where a speaker elaborates on a specific subject, and then a Q&A and mingling session happens afterwards.
It’s on March 18th at 7PM server time at Dreamer’s Pavilion in the Jade Forest of Pandaria. (It’s located at the very bottom of the map.)
I also recommend the CrossRP addon to see the opposite faction’s profiles, too!

Indeed! We can always use more participants, so don’t be shy about asking if you can participate on stage at one of these events, even if it’s your first time ever doing that sort of thing! Everyone needs to start somewhere, and every contribution - small, medium, and large, is special.
We also have a thing called the Literary Conclave, where multiple folks get to come on stage to tell stories, read poetry, sing or play music, or anything related! It’s a bit of a lighthearted show and tell sort of event. It’s about bringing the community together by sharing our own individual experiences, creations, folklore, among a host of other things. It’s educational, fun, and sociable.
Tonight we’ll be doing a Literary Conclave at 7PM server time, but it will be in Stormwind at the gazebo behind the cathedral. All are welcome, but unfortunately some people outside of the guild do tend to see a Horde character in Stormwind and get ideas. However, it would be a good opportunity to perhaps hop on an Alliance alt, and check it out! If your Alliance alt is on another server, someone online can invite you, so that you will appear in the same phase as the WRA people.
We do have Literary Conclave events that take place in a more neutral location as well on occasion, after all!

To clarify just a bit on this month’s topic, we are seeking a debate as to whether OR NOT it’s a wise decision to continue to use and attempt to research further (albeit beneficial) uses for Azerite. The topic is deliberately wide open to many different perspectives and even mild headcanon suppositions made ICly!
Additionally, while this month’s Debate is currently planned to keep to the typical two-team format, the number of volunteer panelists (and potentially differing perspectives) may allow for a roundtable format to be adopted on the night of, instead!
