Switched from Cable to NBN tons of lag on North American servers now

I live in BNE but play often on North American servers. I used to get “playable” connections to NA WOW servers. Telstra shut off my Cable (which was faster than their NBN offerings BTW) so I got NBN from Kogan (Vodaphone.) WOW is now mostly unplayable on NA servers. Here is my connection info:

Before Telstra dropped my cable internet:

Telstra Cable:
Ping: 10-12ms
Download: 115.5 Mbps
Upload: 5.95 Mbps

World of Warcraft North American Servers from AUS:
Network Status:
Realm latency (home) :250ms Ave Aprox
Game latency (world) : 250ms Ave Aprox

OPTUS 4g Phone:
Ping: 12-15ms
Download: 69.5 Mbps
Upload: 27.95 Mbps

World of Warcraft North American Servers from AUS:
Network Status:
Realm latency (home) :250ms Ave Aprox
Game latency (world): 250ms Ave Aprox

KOGAN NBN (Vodaphone) 100
Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC)
TP-Link Archer VR500v

Ping: 10-12ms
Download: 93.5 Mbps
Upload: 36.95 Mbps

World of Warcraft North American Servers from AUS:
Network Status:
Realm latency (home):1200ms to 3000ms (settles down to maybe 300ms sometimes.) Ave Aprox
Game latency (world):1200 to 3000ms (settles down to 500ms sometimes.) Ave Aprox

World of Warcraft Oceanic Servers from AUS:

Anyone else have this issue?

I am not, I average about 250-300 to Na servers and about 20 to the Sydney based ones. (I’m in Brisbane as well)
I assume you’re on HFC for the NBN?

It seemed to work itself out and worked fine until the 8.3 patch. I was able to play First night of the patch ok, now 8000 to 11000 on either Home or World. I am hoping it will work itself out. Probably let my sub lapse anyway, this patch seems to have added all the type of game mechanics/content I hate and don’t have time for.
