Do we have any swimming fish? I would love a koi pond.

Maybe a fountain exists with fish swimming in it already?

There is a trellis that has a small fish tank at the bottom of it. I forget the name.

I, too, want a koi pond or swimming fish. I bought the trellis that has a fish pond at the bottom, but it is so small.

Koi pond would be cool but I want to be able to fish Midnight fish in Founder’s Point, not the worthless TWW fish. Fish in housing areas should always be current and how about a few fishing quests or a daily.

Having fish like the Coy Sunwhiskers in the pond by the fishing trainer in Silvermoon would be awesome

The fish in the pond in Silvermoon are targetable. I’ve accidentally killed a few while trying to fish.

I stumbled into a room, in Silvermoon, last night. It was packed with pets. all with green names. There were so many it made me take pause. During that pause I saw a fishbowl with a fish swimming aorund in it.

There is a pet shop in Silvermoon. I am mostly ignoring it due being Big Mad ™ about the discontinuation of pet battles in game but yes, I think I saw the fishbowl there.

I did build an aquarium out of a Cartel Collector’s Cage but the only aquatic “life” in it now are some murloc plushies.

Gently, y’all are missing the point of this thread, which is a desire to have fish swimming in water features.

No ma’am, we aren’t. We’ve just extended it to other assets we’ve noticed in game and work-arounds we’ve attempted in the absence of swimming fish that we can use.

It’s ok I don’t mind.

I’m currently having an argument in GD about leveling speed that is taking up much more of my mental bandwidth.

Pets and fish and whatnot is all good for me lol.

I made a fish tank – for the fish I used enchanted voidwell fish (ah or enchanters) that moves enough to look good in a fish tank. Additionally I added an octopod and some other sea creatures (haven’t tried my fish yet since I invested in the enchanting ones before I figured this out) that are “battle pets” of mine. To do this buy a “pet” rug and then shrink it to the min and pick your pet you want to hang out on it (stationary or roaming (if inside)) . Then sink the minirug in the “water” and cover with something. You can also use the lily pad instead of rug (same vendor in founder’s point sells both) which might work better for a “koi pond”. Use the customization color pallette thing to select your pet. Could add frogs etc this way as well. I have a 2k pet collection so incredible options. If you need to target a pet – warcraftpets. com website is for collectors but also organizes by type (e.g. aquatic) for browsing and to see the source and you can upload your ingame collection for easier browsing of it if you are already a collector.

I’ve been asking for koi fish since beta. So far no joy. I have seen fish in a stormwind trellis and a shop pond, but they are not what I am asking for.
