Really, most of the replies with the exception of a few have been mature.

All parties should be treated equally until a person is found guilty.

Generalizing, saying he, vilifies men.

If you want justice go to your local police office and file a report, do not use Twitter, Facebook, etc. This could ruin a persons career if found false, and if found false, the person will have irreparable damage to repair once freed.

They found it credible enough to act - the same information you have. Evidence: they acted.

Lotta people kicking down statues lately. It’s all virtue signaling. People so bored they’re inventing stuff to get upset about.

I guess Blizz wants to join the cool club too.

They always have. The tyranny of the majority began the instant the democratic experiment did.

Methinks you’re trolling. I think my points were well constructed and obviously you have no interest in discussing the actual issue.

Good day.

You remember the last big thing the forum got up in arms about? You know, the hearthstone player who got banned and had his prize money stripped from him? They both “apologized and put back.” So…next laughable assertion?

There is a mob with power. It’s the mob of men telling women that their experiences aren’t true, that sexism doesn’t exist, that sexual harassment is just awkward flirting and that sexual assault never happened. And why are they being so emotional over all this?

Everything is virtue signalling. Including your post. Including mine.

I read both stories and I dont see any crimes. sounds like adults making adult decisions and girls regretting theirs later. thats on them. This wasnt at work this was all at bars and at his place, and hotel rooms with alcohol in the mix.

Unless i missed something story #1 was group of people meeting up at a bar and getting drunk then going to his place at 2:30-3 in the morning and two people went in for a makeout with another. The 3rd person wasnt into it and left the situation. Wheres the crime there?

Second story all about some party girl getting drunk and putting herself in situations. No one forced her.
Her excuse about being in love and scared with no where to go is on her. It seems like he didn’t hide the fact that he is into this open relationship stuff or kind of a swinger from her from the get go.

Now weather or not we agree with his lifestyle is besides the point. I don’t see any crime committed.
You can be a big perv and its not against the law.

What i do see is girls with regret after the fact and trying to purposely cause him financial trouble because its the new in thing to do right now. He should consider going after them for damages.

Why i even had to read about personal drama in a adult relationships is beyond me. I have zero sympathy for these girls and dont care about there story with swifty.

Then your problem is with the authorities. But ruining somebody’s public image before due trial is just plain wrong.

More than likely now, wether or not Swifty did anything his life is now effectively over. Employers will google his name and see these allegations, then pass him over for positions, regardless of wether he is guilty or not.

His community in real life may be ruined, his friends may leave him, his community in the game is probably ruined. And even if it comes out that he’s not guilty, the damage is already done, once a person’s image is publicly destroyed, it’s pretty much impossible to recover.

They didn’t find it credible. They did what most companies do to avoid back lash. Companies don’t really want to associate itself with people even before any proof is given to avoid any problems later on.

Problem is people needs to be more direct and have evidence. Letting it slide by and not coming out until later informs people you’re just doing it for clout. What many people lack in this country is strength. They don’t want trouble so they let it slide by. If you’re being harassed then have the strength to grab the harasser’s arm and throw them over. People need to learn to start fighting back instead always cowering.

You should be careful. People in these parts don’t take kindly to the truth.

Mobs have literally always had power in some form or another. There is literally no way to contain the court of public opinion.

It has always existed, it will always exist and it will always have power. The only thing that changes is the amount of power it wields and that is directly proportional to the number of people involved.

That wasn’t what was written. The first one was his ex that says she was blindfolded and thought she was doing something with Swifty and it ended up being his friend.

The second was a girl that got cornered by Swifty and a friend and said they tried to force her to kiss them. But she’s not the one that revealed this happened, her friend who was there did.

Why do you need a public defender if YOU are the victim? You don’t need your own attorney. The city/state employ their OWN to deal with crimes committed. Victims never provide their own. The only time you would need your own is if you were trying to sue said person for a monetary value.

Can someone like

Throw me a link or a YouTube video or something so I can know wtf happened

In Sweden, even if there is a tiny suspicion about someone making a sexual assault on someone it’s not up to the victim to decide if the police should investigate or not. The police always starts an investigation, even if the victim says no. They take sexual assault very seriously here…

No people don’t come forward because they know people won’t believe them. And not every inappropriate behavior can provide proof.

I didn’t even see the person to be able to throw them. It was at a concert, in a crowd. And if you fight someone, you get arrested, not them.
