Suzerain, Defender of the Dragonflights Buff not working

This is regarding the Warrior class shield, Suzerain, Defender of the Dragonflights

“Rage of the Suzerain” buff is not activating after absorbing “Lightning Breath” by using the shield ability from any of the Chimaerok’s located on the Isle of Dread.

If you find the time to fix this, that would be great.

I believe Chimaeroks are beasts, not dragons.
