Suspension, trade chat trolling

Was mute/suspended because trolls in general chat mass reported me. Created a ticket, the gm that responded I don’t think even bothered to read my ticket or the orginal transcript and replied thusly, before promptly closing the ticket.

I am Specialist Game Master Veressdyn and I wanted to touch base with you about your recent penalty, I know your time is valuable so let’s get right to it.
The fact that you were penalized does not mean nobody else in this instance was penalized. There is no excuse for violating our penalties regardless of who you are or who is involved and what else is said.
All of our players agree to our terms and we expect all of our players to abide by them or encounter these types of penalties.

I understand that this can be frustrating but we urge our players to report those who break our policies and continue. Not to add to the negative situation.

  2. I wasn’t trolling, I was being trolled/griefed
  3. I was trying to have a normal conversation in /1 general chat, and this is the end result.
  4. this make 0 since “There is no excuse for violating our penalties” you don’t violate penalties.

  6. I DID NOT BREAK ANY TOS, i did not cuss, i did not troll anyone, i was barely, barely rude kind of? maybe? I mean I personally don’t think I was rude, I was defending myself, SPEAKING ABOUT MYSELF. I know how that’s a subjective opinion and up to interpretation because if you ask me I wasn’t being rude at all. however I know different perspectives can see things differently. But the fact that I know what the transcript says and I know what was being said to me, I’m seriously baffled that the appeal wasn’t accepted.
  7. Probably going to be boycotting all acvision products after this. Nothing but problems dealing with this company’s customer support and the toxic player base makes it 10x worse. Tried to request 2 refunds on a purchase that I had made recently and they declined it for the most minuscule of reasons, sick of these anti consumer policy’s and treatment. You guys obviously don’t value me as a customer, or respect me as an adult/human being.

My response was based on complaints Soley in the past week. Previous infractions do impact the length. --Orlyia

I must disagree with your assertion you never broke our TOS.

You’ve broken it multiple times, in multiple channels - and also in private tells that have been reported. As to your point #6 - this in incorrect on every single point you claim to refute.

I would also caution you that penalties multiply with subsequent infractions. The next one would be either a lengthier suspension - or could even be an outright ban.

You seem to be missing the GMs point that what is said to you has ZERO bearing on your own behavior, and that you are expected to abide by the rules regardless. If someone is breaking the rules - report them, then if you feel compelled, ignore them.
