There still plenty that care or this discussion would still not have so many heated arguments. Even if it some of the same posters there still others that have just moved on, or not as verbal about the change.
I know that if it did come back in some form it would be very popular; however, that legth of time it would be would vary on how many are still admit for the love of RSV, or if it was viable enough to stay on top.
Be careful we do not know what is coming in the next expansion. How many knew 6.2 was the end of range Survival Hunters? Even if it is still melee the designers might want to do another over haul of SV, and it could have the the option of being range.

You’re projecting again. You’ve now extended your claim to include a reasoning for what you said initially. Again, post something that support your claims.
The argument of whether hunters were overtuned at X point or not, that aside, clearly you don’t even agree with yourself.

I don’t need to post anything. Everyone, including you two, know hunters have NEVER been highly represented in rated pvp. It’s actually comical that this is a hill you two want to die on given all of the other nonsense you spout. You could always link the manual again that clearly shows hunters were designed to use melee and claim it’s a pure ranged class again I guess…
One of us here is posting proof. The other one is insisting he doesn’t need any proof because “everyone knows” he is right. It’s pretty clear to any reader who is more honest and reputable here.

The proof is data from late Cata all the way up until about halfway through BFA i.e. 8 years duration, lmao. I would link data for WotLK and Cata if I could find it, but something tells me you’re not going to uncover the trend you seek given that MoP, WoD, and even parts of Legion saw Hunters having good representation in rated PvP.
Post proof or GTFO. That simple. I post proof. You don’t. You don’t get to grandstand about hollow arguments and bluffing. When you never post any data whatsoever that just comes across as projection.

A debate is a high-toned argument. At best, that’s what we have here in the Forums. At worst, it’s low class to no class cheap shots and cheaper buzzwords.
Roughly, when debating/arguing, you make a statement, be it opinion or fact, then you list verifiable information, your proof, that generally supports your initial statement.
If you disagree with another’s statement, you say so, then you say why, and you list verifiable information that supports your reasoning.
And back and forth, so it goes.
In my opinion, this will be too much for you, judging by your use of cheap shots (“it takes a special kind of stupid”), and your statement:
