Just wondering if the damage reduction portion of survival’s mastery goes up as mastery increases. Mine’s been sitting at 3% despite for quite a while. Im at around 23% now and am wondering if the 3% goes higher.
It does not but it is 6% almost always not 3
What’s weird is that the damage increase portion of our mastery is increased by 100% in the tooltip when we’re near our pet, but the damage reduction part of our mastery isnt increased in the tooltip.
Makes me think it’s bugged and always remains at 3% instead of 6% where it’s supposed to be. 
cough cough the 3-6% is meant to be static for balancing so they can buff and nerf it as needed the only thing mastery stats do is buff damage

Is it a tooltip bug then? I swear tooltip still said 3% last night on beta.
Yeah, the tooltip is a bit buggy
