Please note, I don’t have very much experience with SV hunter.
I tried both the butchery legendary and the cluster bomb one in Torghast. The cluster bomb one seemed to far out perform butchery legendary. I had to really focus on not using Butchery to early to try and build up stacks and then when I did use it with stacks the damage wasn’t very noticeable.
