Where/what do you do? That was my schedule for a couple years lol. I never minded “hell week”

I run a 5-5-4 set now

5 days, 5 off, 4 nights, 5 off, 5 days, 4 off, 5 nights, 5 off, 4 days, 5 off, 5 nights, 4 off, repeat lol

Edit: 6-6 for me lol

I don’t wanna say where specifically on these forums but I work at an aluminum plant. I work in the hot line so we take ingots and roll them into coils basically. Yeah though “hell week” isn’t any different to me. 4 days is whatever :stuck_out_tongue:

Your set up doesn’t sound that bad to be honest. Least you get consistent stretches of long breaks.

Ahh okay. Yeah I work at a coal mine. Get to play in nature’s largest sandboxes lol.

The 3-1-3 is what we considered hell week. And the 5-4 schedule sure is nice. Some times I miss the 7 off (I like to travel), but if I wasn’t traveling I’d get bored easily, and being bored meant spending a lot of money lol

Having 4-5 days off consistently allows me to pick up OT for a day or two (such as now for example) and still give me 2-3 days off to relax or do whatever.

Good schedule, good money, good life

I always think back to my guidance councilor in highschool who told me that if I didnt speak french (lol Canada) or go to University that my chances of getting a good job were limited. She didnt even know what a millwright was when I told her my plans.

20 years later and Im working for a company based out of Montreal (I still dont speak french lol) and Im 6 figures.

I wonder what shes doing now?

Had an ex who’s parents looked down on me because I didn’t have a degree…I now work half as much as them and make more than both of them combined.

I giggle some times at how life has turned out haha

Ahh okay. Good stuff man. I’m a super self reliant person, I can’t get bored with time off. I don’t spend any money, I just like my games. Or working on cars. And the 3-1-3 isn’t bad in my opinion because the 1 is in the transition to nights. For me, that means I actually have 2 nights where I can stay up and play (I mainly only play when the house is asleep). So I can play this Sunday night, Monday normally while the wife works, Monday night. And Tuesday morning if I get up early enough. Sometimes coming off nights on a 3-3-3 I only get two nights as well because the mast one I have to sleep early to prep for days. So, kinda balances out for me.

I hear you on the OT aspect. Picking up a day without ruining the whole beak sounds awesome. Sometimes I’ll get that OT right in the middle or on my 1 and I can work… many days in a row haha.

I too make 6 figures in an area where houses only cost about 1.5x my yearly earnings. My only complaint? I’m not a snow fan :stuck_out_tongue:

Haha gotta love it man. I actually went to two different colleges before joining the Marine Corps. Did my things, hit my goals, and now I’ll do this until retirement. My dad has a degree as well that he doesn’t even use lol (works where I do).

Using BGs as a way to gauge a toon is not very accurate
A druid is not a class that can sit still and tank damage unless your boomy who has a big armour increase and even then its just a comfort thing

If you have the whole frontline of the opposing team come at you and you’ve got a trash team who doesn’t peel then of course your going to get nutted

Right now damage and burst particularly is extremely high, your not the only one getting smashed.

I would grab guardian affinity and make sure your keybinds are easily accessible to get into bear and do a frenzied regen or if your targetted just pop bear
Its better than dying

Well I’m assuming he went with Guardian Affinity as is.

My question or curiosity is…why was he sitting in Bear form at full health anyway to take on a full chucked Aimed Shot in the first place?
