I’m currently doing the Suramar storyline, and I’m stuck on the quest “Resisting Arrest”. When I use the Improved Focus Orb on the Fel Source, the withered absorbs it and dies, but the quest does not update. The withered keeps respawning repeatedly. I’ve already tried the following steps: • Abandoned and reaccepted the quest multiple times • Left Suramar and waited several minutes • Disabled all addons • Reloaded UI and relogged Unfortunately, the issue persists. It seems I’m stuck in the wrong phase, and the quest event will not trigger properly.
You can switch to Vindicator’s Judgement in the artifact tree and complete it. I did it that way as hunter.

Scaling is whacked, but the poor withered dudes didn’t get the memo. They’re made out of damp tissue paper and spun dreams, so they disintegrate when subjected to levels of damage scaled to us, the player.
Use some sustained AoE heal. Vindicator’s Judgement is ideal. Target the centermost of the withered dudes, pop the spell, throw the ball to have them start channeling. The Judgement AoE will last longer than their channel and they’ll come out pristine and better-smelling even.
