Most people know support doesn’t work. Can’t be dependent on someone else performing well to make a spec functional. It leads to extremes very quickly, if you buff a teammate who doesn’t have cds or doesn’t even have resources to burn, that’s massive wasted potential. If you micromanage every single person, and know how to play their class and monitor their cds and procs and resources, then you do great but that’s an outrageous cognitive load required to hit the max output.
