Once on the Mechangnome unlock chain I was unable to turn in my Rustbolt supplies. After I finished the questline I assumed the NPC would show back up but he’s missing and I cannot turn in my Rustbolt supplies.
I’ve got the same problem, haven’t been able to figure out how to turn it in. The yellow question mark appears on the mini map where the npc should be but there isn’t anyone there to hand in the quest.
I have the same problem. 6 quests to turn in, but just the yellow question marks show up. No problem on other toon. Tried reloading UI, deleted add ons. No luck.
Also the quest “Drill Rig Construction” can not be abandoned and restarted.
Almost a month and no reply or help from Blizz.
