Coming back to the game after a bit of a break and I’m dusting off my DK
I mainly do rando BG’s but will be looking to hit RBG’s for conq points also
I know frost with absolute zero is the way to go for RBG’s but is superstrain worth it as UH for places like ashran and SS v TM etc when its just mass aoe going on?
If its not worth it I wont bother trying to find a grp for the old content I have to do to get it
SS is just pad damage. Will look good on meters but won’t get you kills.
Need burst to get kills. Get the deathcoil/Deathstroke leggo for UH
Answer above is correct. Try not to use Superstrain for PvP if you can help it. Better than nothing but there’s much better options.
superstrain is great in epics and large team fights, but not worth forming a group to do CN for. hit up the research vendor in korthia, he sells an item that gives you a random missing memories.
If your rbg team is a dot cleave comp with lots of boomkins, shadowpriests, warlocks then I could see it working. But I don’t think that comp is popular right now.

Superstrain in BGs sounds like a lot of meaningless damage.
It’s better suited for Blood for passive RP if you’re ever interested in tanking dungeons.
