WCL has the top DPS at 10.9k…pretty sure they are BiS with their Ashbringer and 6/8 T3.5 (intentionally missing 2 pieces to pick up 2pc T3).
Also, where are you getting this info on the nerf? It’s not up on WoWHead, and because of the nerf to the sword by the same name. I’m not certain if the ‘nerf to Sunlight’ is new news or old news.
