How long will the wait be for them to just activate phase 3 and the rest of the phases? I’ve seen a more active population at a senior living facility.

It’ll take however long it takes. While I understand the urgency and desire to obtain your free welfare epics for your main or alt, if the server is taking to long - maybe BSB might not be for you.
