Summer outfits in Wow

I got the yellow sarong which I’ve matched with a standard red crop top for one of my Blood Elf warlocks.
I like the way she looks.

I absolutely love them! My only complaint is that I don’t have enough tender to get everything I want /cry

Its not for me all the tradin post stuff recently has been dissapointing dresses and casual clothes and i dont like it the pc is supposedly one of the most powerful characters in the games story up there with the world leaders wearing a pink dress and using a rolling pin as a weapon is immersion breaking

vanilla wow deadmines one hander. a rolling pin.

That was a low level weapon so the pc was more of a rookie nobody adventurer at the time :3

my point being vanilla wow was full of silly stuff like that. using a claw as a dagger in blackwings lair.

One of the most sought-after rogue weapons in Vanilla was a broken bottle.

It was awesome.

So it was a pre-raid weapon, but can you imagine what they’re thinking?

“Yeah I’m going to face off against the elemental lord of FIRE, literal fire and magma. Let me go get my broken bottle.”

Latias, you aren’t going to sway these people. I agree with you. I think a large amount of these new transmogs look asinine and don’t belong in the game. I have had this discussion with my friend about these changes. We aren’t the target audience anymore.

Bread, I’m glad you and the others are enjoying the new looks. If it’s your thing that’s fine. For me, the game is starting to look like a giant clown show at the circus.

lol? people used to call tbc armor “clown suits” because it was all brightly colored mismatched gear that couldn’t be transmogged. just because people can transmog to something that suits them doesn’t make the game any worse. they may just mog it to have a roleplayed beach party or maybe they just like being goofy and aren’t like you. it’s not much different from sl*tmogging of olde.

I used to think the same way, and was against the mog system altogether.

But then I saw all these people having fun with it, and I could actually have a cohesive outfit, that I saw the real value to mogging:

It let people express themselves online, to fulfill their personal immersion of being in-game the people that they wanted to be. It also created a new sub-hobby of outfit collection.

Whereas before a lot of my gear was unsafe to wear outside of cities (e.g. RP-only), I could wear anything I wanted, anywhere I wanted.

On a personal level it helped a lot, because I dislike almost all of the armour sets Blizzard has released for me over the years.
