Suggestion for a new enhance talent

Random brainstorm and thought this might be a cool idea. Though it probably won’t happen since Blizz doesn’t really care about enhance after they nerfed us out of our 5 days of fame.

Stormflurry
Increase the proc chance of Stormbringer by 50% (e.g. 8% becomes 12%), but it no longer resets the cooldown of Stormstrike and stacks up to 4 times.
Maybe also have it give a stacking short duration buff that increases the damage of your next non-stormbringer SS so there’s incentive to use a non proc SS.

return windfury to what it was not a maelstrom generator like it is today.

So instead of chaining at least 2 Stormstrikes you want to use one then wait till stormstrike is off CD or hope that you proc a stormbringer(12% chance by your math). You would never get any stacks unless you got a miracle procs back to back and even then you are just spamming them. I don’t see how this would change or help things.

how about taking stormstrike off a recharge timer?
