I logged on to my Remix Rogue for the first time the event ended and when I opened the bag that has the gold and artifact weapons, she was suddenly teleported to The Temple of A Thousand Lights in Azsuna. Went outside and she couldn’t fly, but could use a ground mount. Everything was deserted, except for the hippogryph at Shackle’s Den, but without the Flight Master, I couldn’t go anywhere except on my ground mount. Made my way over to The Crumbled Palace and suddenly everything was the way it was supposed to be.
So far this has only happened on my Rogue. No other former Remix toons have been teleported back to the Broken Isles like that. Have one left to check.

I just had it happen to me as well.
Just happened to me, on my LeMix rogue. This was the final one of my dozen LeMix toons that I brought over to the regular timeline, and the same thing - opened the bag with the artifact weapons, and some music played and I was in empty Azsuna, in the Temple of a Thousand Lights.
This just happened to me on Legion Remix Rogue that I hadn’t logged onto since it was ported back to retail.
I was able to fly, but when I went by Shackle’s Den, there were no NPCs. I was then dismounted thrice, flying to Dalaran, and when I got there, I could see other players and NPCs. I then ported back to Stormwind, and everything seems normal.
Strange little bug that only seems to happen to Rogues?
