So, I was curious when my subscription would renew and to make sure it was on. I logged on and into my account online. Searching everywhere I cannot locate that information anymore. I see that my card is on file and everything else… but nothing about my WoW subscription status. What’s up?

Go to your account management, on the launcher, and click the subscription link.

Hmm I just checked my Account page too, and can’t see WoW listed anywhere in the Games and Subscriptions page either.
Hopefully its just a temporary glitch.

Yeah, mine only shows the old Diablo and nothing else…
I’m having the same issue. I wanted to make sure I still have my 12 month subscription active, because I really want that new moth mount 
but the bnet account website is telling me I don’t even have a WoW account, nevermind a subscription. Which of course isn’t true, because I’m logged in right now…
I tried clearing my cache, but that didn’t do anything.

Rather weird, isn’t it?
I have a couple of inactive games that I never play in my Games list, and the only thing in the Subscriptions panel is the XBox Pass I don’t have (and the web says I don’t so at least that’s right).
But it has neither the Wow license I play daily, the unfunded veteran license I use for silly multibox stuff, or the subscription to fund the first license that I’ve had for literal decades.
