First of all, I have both an EU account and a US account. For the past few months, I’ve been playing my US account.
My problem is that despite the fact that I send in tickets in-game from my American account, they are still being sent to EU customer service.
I prefaced my last ticket with the possibility that I might be contacting EU CS inadvertently. They solved my issue but didn’t give me any real solution the the US/EU issue. They simply told me to file my tickets through this site.
While that’s great and everything, I would love to be able to file tickets in-game and preferably not receive a lecture in a ticket about the inconvenience.
For the sake of clarity, I’m trying to file tickets from my US account in-game and somehow those tickets keep going to EU customer service. Never had a problem like this on my EU account.
