Character: Kunsin (Alliance) Location: Stormwind City
[Problem Statement] My character is stuck in an invalid server-side state. War Mode is OFF, but the “Bounty: Hunted” flag is permanent. This has caused a broken phasing state in Stormwind.
[Key Symptoms]

Faction Desync: All Stormwind Guards are HOSTILE and attack my Alliance character on sight.

Chromie Issue: Chromie is visible, but non-interactable. I cannot change timelines or fix my phase through her.

NPC Missing: King Anduin and other core NPCs are completely missing from the world.

Failed Fixes: UI Reset, Arena/Skirmish, and Silithus Portals did NOT work.

Manually WIPE all “Bounty” and “PvP-Hunted” auras/flags from character ‘Kunsin’.

RESET character’s Faction Relationship with Stormwind to ‘Friendly’.

FORCE-RESET the character’s Timeline/Phase to the default ‘Current Timeline’.
