SubDear Blizzard Support / WoW Development Team,

SubDear Blizzard Support / WoW Development Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a potential bug related to the recent Blackwing Lair (BWL) reset schedule and to kindly request assistance regarding my Ahn’Qiraj war effort progress.

Issue Details:

Last Friday, we noticed an official notification stating that BWL would have three resets over the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Accordingly, we cleared BWL on Friday. At midnight, the server forcibly reset the instance and teleported us out, which we interpreted as confirmation of the triple reset.

We also cleared BWL on Saturday. After the raid, the interface showed a 2-hour cooldown, further reinforcing our understanding that a third reset would occur on Sunday.

However, upon logging in on Sunday, BWL was already locked with no remaining resets.

Impact:

This inconsistency has caused our team to lose one critical BWL lockout for the week.

I am currently on the Ahn’Qiraj war effort quest chain (Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal mount). Having already farmed over 10,000 Scourge Stones and with server-wide turn-ins nearing completion, this missing CD may delay my progress by an entire week—potentially preventing me from obtaining the mount.
For many of us, this mount represents a childhood dream and the culmination of months of effort. The sudden lockout issue feels unfairly disruptive due to unclear communication or a possible system error.

Request:
Could your team please investigate this reset discrepancy? If possible, we humbly ask for a one-time compensation of an additional BWL lockout this week to allow us to complete our quest as intended. We fully understand if this is not feasible but would deeply appreciate any solution to rectify the situation.

Thank you for your time and dedication to WoW Classic. This game means a great deal to me, and I trust your team will handle this matter fairly.

Sincerely,
Noohno
