I played the original when it came out. Back then it was pretty balanced with a slight edge to sub-zero. But the choice has been scorpion hands down for the last 10 years or so

Sub-Zero is my choice and one of my favorite Mortal Kombat characters. Rain and Reptile are also some of my favorites.

Sub-zero is an ice guy. He won’t mind if you give him the cold shoulder since the cold never bothered him anyway. Unlike Scorpion, he won’t hold a grudge and will just let it go.

I played mortal Kombat most of my childhood and it was my son that pointed out to me that noob saibot backwards is Boon and Tobias… the creators of the game last names!
He was my favorite too, the smoke projectile was so op.
I like the Toasty guy.
