My Sub Rogue at L61 has 4 power ups to manage. It feels like I’m just mashing buttons like crazy during battle.
What’s the perspective on this? Gimmie something to believe in.
Macros. Believe in macros. Trust me they make sub life a lot more enjoyable.

I’d recommend not using macros for damage abilities on sub rogue unless you really don’t care about maximizing its effectiveness.

Cheap Shot
Shadow Blades macro above
Secret Tech macro above
Shadow Strike x2
(insert other finisher here, like maybe SnD, Kidney, Rupture, Evis, whatever situation calls for)

I’d say it’s simpler than assassination of you have the right macros, but still far from easy.

Here’s some macros;
Macro 1
/castsequence reset=4 Shadow Dance, Gloomblade
/cast Symbols of Death
/cast Shadow Blades
/use 13 for your on use trinket
Use this whenever Shadow Dance is up. The gloom blade after shadow dance is to start your danse macabre buff. And you’ll always want to use the other abilities with shadow dance so its a nice easy way to take 4 buttons off your hotbar

#showtooltip Secret Technique
/castsequence reset=5 Cold Blood, Thistle Tea
/cast Secret Technique
This will use Cold Blood and thistle tea right before you do your big dps spender for maximum damage.
