Incredibly unfun spec to fight against. So laughably over powered, especially out in the world or in bgs.
It’s just overtuned everywhere. Sub’s gotta eat a hefty damage nerf or lose something. They got extra dam due to the cheap shot changes, but them gave them charge resets anyways??? lol
The value of single target stuns has gone up significantly. If I have to sit a full stun from a rogue, then get hit with a disarm, I have a whole 6-7 seconds left before I’m sitting in another full stun potentially.
I’m not sure if this is just a slow burn thing atm and everyone is still feeling this out, but it already feels busted to me. I know the change was from 18s to 16s, but for some reason it feels substantially more than that. Almost as if DR’ing AFTER 2 CCs actually made full stuns more likely. So that third DR that wasn’t very valuable was actually keeping you out of a CC by potentially extending that window longer.

Until they remove the second cheap shot charge from sub it’s going to be impossible to balance, damage tuning isn’t going to fix it. (they wont touch shadow dance cd)
Sub is easily the most disgusting unbalanced spec in the game currently.
I feel like people are sleeping on dev evoker. Sub def busted though.
Dev is very strong, and has a good toolkit for sure but sub is beyond strong, it’s flat out broken.
Tbh I think it’s time for smoke bomb to go. If rogue gets to stun you for 8 seconds every 16-18 seconds and get insane kill pressure when doing it, saving trinket through that gauntlet for a bomb just isn’t realistic.
Especially with a mage walling you off and doing all their busted OP crap.

Every class should have a defensive that can be used while stunned. It’s the only cc in the game that doesn’t break on damage..
I think with midnights huge pruning of defensives and CC some specs got defensive\cc nerfs while others got no removals\nerfs at all.
Midnights pruning was really not balanced at all. Also sub rogue benefits hugely from a burst meta which we are currently in
