The Support Forum Agents are not Game Masters, and are not liaisons to the GM’s. If you have a problem with your account in regards to your subscription and rewards, submit the ticket with the link already provided.
But do not come to the Support forums and start trolling.
Just like everywhere else on the forums, it should be avoided.
