Depending how you talent , both work. Dance gives a 3 sec symbols that helps rotten as that side is behind on damage. 4 piece smooths out eviscerate with a 10% buff ( emphasized on finality right side + 7 pt finishers) but comes at the cost of mastery on pieces which can be offset with crafted gear (mostly) and pve items that some people do.
Tldr: experiment with your own stuff a lot and see what you prefer.
