Stuck tier 3 delve progress

completed tier 3 several times no lives lost ilevel 219 and it wont let me go to tier 4

Tier 4 and higher aren’t available below max level (90).

im stuck on tier 3 an ive completed it with lives remaing an im lvl 90 wont go up any higher pissing me off

I am lvl 90??? Cant have lvl 219 below lvl 90

you have to also finish the midnight campaign
