Stuck on character loading screen. I submitted a ticket and was given a list of things to try such as reinstall game, check router/internet connection, run a repair scan. Did everything still cant log on.
Whats also weird is my guilds say they can see me onling but not in a zone since the issue started last night. So my character has been online for 16 hours not in a zone. some help would be nice.
Did you try another network, like a mobile hotspot (if it’s different from home ISP) or a VPN to the city the server is hosted in?

5 support tickets and every gm links the same thing then closes the ticket
Blizzard can’t assist with the connection between your house and the server since they don’t work for the ISP. All they can offer is steps you can complete on your own, which they likely did.
I understand that but all the steps have been followed, figured it might have been my ISP but even a mobile hotspot wasn’t able to fix the issue. Also with how many people have been having this issue over the last day I assume it would be something on their end.
Is the mobile provider the same as the ISP provider, or share part of their network?
The most recommended step is a VPN connecting to the city where the server is hosted.
The mobile provider is different, also I have tried using a VPN connecting to a different ISP and no luck.
Do you have any overlays enabled that might be interfering with the game? A recent Discord update auto-enabled the overlay, even without it displaying.
