I wish I knew about this before trying to do some torghast… thanks blizzard how about disabling to portal or have some kind of warning so other people like me don’t get stuck not being able to play on their only day off…

Same thing here, just created a ticket, but went to enter Torghast and now I can’t get into the game, just takes me to the load screen. This sucks!!! Fix this please!!!

Same here. Tried going to the character stuck page (both on in-game support and battle.net). Got stuck in a loop there too–every time it said “Use the Character stuck service” I hit continue… and got taken back to the same page saying “Use the Character stuck service.” What is this.

“World Server down” When I try to log into my main character, I was like “Ok sure ill just play on my alt then”, go to play on my alt and the DEATH KNIGHT GATE SAYS “INSTANCE NOT FOUND” when you try to do the first quest to get into Shadowlands. So Essentially, I cannot play the Shadowlands expansion at all, I can’t play ANY ALTS, and I can’t play my main, BLIZZ, you’re a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY, and the first day of release you spent MILLIONS ON MARKETING YOUR GAME and sending us emails/notifications when the game went live and the game was UTTERLY UNPLAYABLE, yesterday I had an OK time, with the occasional disconnect/quest bug, BUT TODAY to see another UNPLAYABLE STATE as the first day of release? You guys have truthfully angered many long time fans/players of blizzard games at this point, YOU’VE COMPLETELY DROPPED THE BALL!!! This game is 16 years old or so, and every expansion there are issues, but this is UNACCEPTABLE, we are all older now and take time off work, and purchase your digital goods+ game time and the game and we can’t even play them? Get your head out your butt and get to work and fix this mess you’ve created or fire the devs or get rid of trash activision, but overall you guys have just angered me past the point of sanity with this. FIX IT!

start game, maw loads and i can see it for a split second, but i am on the portal for torghast and that brings up the loading screen again and it does nothing.
If they remove it, they remove it. I doubt it was several needed. They also do restart once a day after a new launch for almost 1-2 weeks. It is ridiculous they can’t seem to get stuff fixed after years of making this game.
So when is going to be fixed??? take the damn servers down if u have to
