This STILL isn’t fixed … 6 months later.
I got stuck here, as well. Hearthing to SW (I assume this would work for Org, too), taking the portal to Aszuna to get to Legion Dalaran, then talking to Khadgar worked for me. I was summoned directly to his side post-fight.
I would have tried the method of abandoning the quest to start it over, but I was having trouble surviving the fight on my very under-geared toon lol. Thanks for the help, everyone! Happy questing.
I had the same problem
I couldn’t use my stones either.
I used character stuck and with a 1/2 hour - actually closer to 15 minutes and I was standing next to khadgar ready to turn in the quest.
I reccommend character stuck for this issue - it works and is easier than abandoning the quest.
You will be logged off while your character is fixed, you will have to ait (the 15 minutes) before you can log back onto that toon.
