Stuck in login screen . Error BLZBNTBNA00000006. Ive done everything recommended - restarted multiple times - waiting few days-checked windows update. It seems to be stuck in a loop. Initializing. Please help as II cant play the game.

Help with reinstalling? You simply need to delete the program then redownload it.
Ive done all that and everything else Blizzard has recommended. My son came over and worked on things for 2 hours and still stuck. I uninstalled and reinstalled Battlenet and tried installing Diablo and that installed but not WOW
