I am trying (for hours, now, sadly) to get to Argus. This is an old character that I (correctly) assumed I had completed at least some of the Legion questline on. In my attempts to get the teleporter on the Vindicaar to work, I tried abandoning the quest called “The Vindicaar”, thinking that if I could re-accept it, it might let me do what I need to do. Sadly, now it appears that I am fully unable to reobtain the quest. I have tried flying to Exodar by ways of Darkshore, but my character gets bounced back right as I am about to hit Teldrassil. I have tried returning to the docks to find Lady Liadrin to get the boat, but she is not there, and there is no one to speak to. There is a boat there, but I dont think it’s even the correct boat. I used my Dalaran hearthstone and taken the teleporter back on the Vindicaar thinking maybe it would pop back into the chain automatically, but it does not. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
I have to say, as a returning player, who played for 10+ years when the game launched and then took a pause to raise my kids, the phasing is SO broken in this game. It should not take me hours to try to get to a zone. Devs, us old people are not amused.

Find Zidormi, south of Lor’danel at the North of Darkshore. She will be on your map as a speech balloon.
She will allow you to change phase to one where Teldrassil still exists.
I don’t think that flying there will solve your problem, since you need a specially phased version of Exodar that exists only for this quest chain, but who knows, right? Maybe it will auto-phase you when you get close enough.

Check if you can use the beacon in Dalaran (Legion) in Krasus’ Landing at 74, 49. I completed the scenario but had left and this is how I got back to Argus as the boat was not in Bladefist for me either. Once you use the beacon, you can talk to Grand Artificer Romuul across the ship from where you spawn
I’m not sure that thisis the same case as yours. but you said you used the teleporter, but not that you had spoken to Romuul. Worth a shot.
I’ll drink to that! They have overused it horribly. In fact, you ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. When you have tried to sort out starter quests in Stormwind and Org, then you will understand the true depths of the horror.
The phasing is completely broken (and it was from day one when they implemented it). Frankly it probably is easier and faster if you just start a new character. If it’s on the same account you shouldn’t loose much.
